Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from the Croatia-based team
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing staff
- Maintain and update employee records in HiBob and Deel to ensure audit readiness
- Collaborate with finance and global HR teams to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing
- Draft and manage employment contracts and local benefits documentation
Essential
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HR administration or People Operations
- Foundational understanding of Croatian labor laws and employment practices
- Proven ability to manage sensitive data with high integrity and GDPR compliance
- Professional fluency in English for global communication
- Experience maintaining accurate records within HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Preferred
- Proficiency with HiBob or Deel platforms
- Fluency in the Croatian language
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced technology or SaaS company
- Experience coordinating payroll data for a distributed workforce
