Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from the Croatia-based team
  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing staff
  • Maintain and update employee records in HiBob and Deel to ensure audit readiness
  • Collaborate with finance and global HR teams to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and local benefits documentation

Essential

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HR administration or People Operations
  • Foundational understanding of Croatian labor laws and employment practices
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive data with high integrity and GDPR compliance
  • Professional fluency in English for global communication
  • Experience maintaining accurate records within HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Preferred

  • Proficiency with HiBob or Deel platforms
  • Fluency in the Croatian language
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced technology or SaaS company
