Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the collection of ESG data to ensure high quality and consistency
- Manage the final submission of sustainability data to the group level via reporting tools
- Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews and trend comparisons to explain performance variances
- Implement and refine reporting processes for newly introduced ESG metrics in collaboration with IT
- Educate internal brands and stakeholders on changing definitions and accounting manual updates
Essential
- Experience in financial or ESG controlling and reporting
- Ability to manage end-to-end reporting processes for sustainability KPIs
- Competency in performing analytical reviews, variance analysis, and trend comparisons
- Experience in setting reporting requirements for new KPIs
- Ability to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for external and internal reporting
Preferred
- Familiarity with EU ESG reporting regulations and Group ESG standards
- Experience working within a Business Service Finance (BSF) structure
- Knowledge of Sustain or similar ESG reporting software
- Experience in the food retail or e-commerce sector
