Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide data strategy and vision
  • Establish policies for data quality, security, and privacy compliance
  • Eliminate technical silos by creating a unified data taxonomy
  • Build a modern data ecosystem to support AI and machine learning
  • Advise executive leadership on technology investments and business priorities
  • Mentor and develop a diverse team of data professionals

Essential

  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in data strategy, governance, or analytics
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or executive capacity
  • Deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance lifecycle
  • Proven track record of spearheading large-scale, enterprise-wide data transformation projects
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Preferred

  • Experience representing an organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions
  • Background in managing complex data taxonomies for AI and machine learning applications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed corporate environment
