Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide data strategy and vision
- Establish policies for data quality, security, and privacy compliance
- Eliminate technical silos by creating a unified data taxonomy
- Build a modern data ecosystem to support AI and machine learning
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and business priorities
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of data professionals
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in data strategy, governance, or analytics
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or executive capacity
- Deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance lifecycle
- Proven track record of spearheading large-scale, enterprise-wide data transformation projects
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Preferred
- Experience representing an organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions
- Background in managing complex data taxonomies for AI and machine learning applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed corporate environment
