Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide vision for data strategy and governance
  • Establish a unified data taxonomy to eliminate organizational silos
  • Oversee the modernization of the data ecosystem to support AI and advanced analytics
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive board on technology investments
  • Cultivate and lead a diverse team of data professionals
  • Ensure all data practices meet strict security and regulatory standards

Essential

  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in data strategy, analytics, or governance
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior executive leadership capacity
  • Deep domain expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance lifecycle
  • Proven history of managing enterprise-wide data transformations in matrixed environments
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Expert-level knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and governance frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Preferred

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
