Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for internal recruitment across all company locations
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of location-based TA Specialists
- Develop and maintain structural talent pipelines for various job families
- Position the company as a top-tier employer through strategic branding
- Optimize recruitment workflows and implement modern HR technologies
- Collaborate with the internal Academy to align hiring with development
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity
- Higher vocational (HBO) or University (WO) level of thinking and working
- Proven track record of scaling TA functions within rapidly growing organizations
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Ability to work on-site at Schiphol or Wognum locations
Preferred
- Experience in the flexible labor or staffing market
- Background in recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Experience reporting directly to C-level executives
