Key Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for internal recruitment across all company locations
  • Build, lead, and inspire a team of location-based TA Specialists
  • Develop and maintain structural talent pipelines for various job families
  • Position the company as a top-tier employer through strategic branding
  • Optimize recruitment workflows and implement modern HR technologies
  • Collaborate with the internal Academy to align hiring with development

Essential

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity
  • Higher vocational (HBO) or University (WO) level of thinking and working
  • Proven track record of scaling TA functions within rapidly growing organizations
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • Ability to work on-site at Schiphol or Wognum locations

Preferred

  • Experience in the flexible labor or staffing market
  • Background in recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Experience reporting directly to C-level executives
