- Develop and execute synthetic routes for novel organic and organometallic molecules
- Utilize computational modeling to guide the design of high-performance materials
- Conduct detailed analysis of electrochemical and photophysical properties
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to iterate on material performance for OLED devices
- Document research findings and contribute to the company's intellectual property portfolio
Essential
- Deep expertise in synthetic organic chemistry
- Ability to design and model innovative organic and organometallic molecules
- Proficiency in advanced synthetic methodologies
- Experience in material characterization including photophysical and electrochemical analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic R&D environment
Preferred
