Key Responsibilities
- Direct all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management strategies
- Oversee administrative functions including HR and IT infrastructure
- Partner with the CEO and Board to execute long-term financial strategies
- Manage financial aspects of ReStore retail, construction, and grants
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in financial management for mission-driven organizations
- Experience managing finances across multiple revenue streams or business lines
- Proven ability in cash flow forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience with internal controls, audit, and tax compliance
- Ability to provide operational oversight for HR and IT functions
