Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the full cycle of financial closing activities to ensure GAAP compliance
  • Supervise and troubleshoot payroll, AP, and AR operations
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and all subsidiary ledgers
  • Act as the lead liaison for external auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze and interpret income statements and cash flow data for executive review

Essential

  • 5 to 8 years of professional accounting experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • Experience leading month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
  • Ability to supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
  • Proven track record in performing complex balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations

Preferred

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior accounting personnel
