Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the IAM transformation roadmap
- Convert high-level CISO strategies into detailed, executable project plans
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide data-driven progress reporting
- Oversee the transition of IAM functions toward a service-oriented delivery model
- Ensure all change initiatives meet strict internal risk, control, and governance standards
- Direct workforce planning, including hiring and resource alignment for the program
Essential
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale Cyber transformation programs within a global CISO framework
- Deep domain expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including PAM and Identity Governance
- Experience managing end-to-end regulatory-driven programs in a financial services environment
- Ability to translate complex technical strategies into actionable, phased delivery plans
- Expertise in risk and control management, including KRI tracking and issue remediation
- Strong financial acumen for managing program budgets and resource allocation
Preferred
- Experience transitioning traditional IT functions into Product and Service-focused models
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Background in workforce planning and managing talent acquisition pipelines
- Experience with business readiness and operational handover protocols
