Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care across Med/Surg, IMC, ED, and Rehab units
- Adapt quickly to different unit protocols and patient populations
- Maintain telemetry monitoring and intermediate care standards
- Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams to ensure operational efficiency
Essential
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- Successful completion of the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination
Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Previous experience in telemetry or emergency medicine
