Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative, programmatic, and strategic operations of the organization
- Lead and mentor an executive team including the CFO, CHRO, and CDO

- Ensure operational excellence across 59 single-family homes and 9 apartment programs
Essential
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-site organizations
- Experience navigating government-funded systems and reimbursement environments
- Ability to serve as a primary spokesperson and advocate with political leaders
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational administration
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel between regional offices in Wayzata and White Bear Lake
Preferred
- Experience in the disability services sector or related healthcare/human services field
- Background in leading large-scale organizational change and culture building
