  • Lead the intake and evaluation of all college-wide marketing project requests
  • Supervise and mentor the Communications Supervisor, Marketing & Design Coordinator, and Brand Specialist
  • Ensure all marketing output aligns with the College’s Strategic Plan and brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal clients to assess needs and develop multi-channel content strategies
  • Manage resources and timelines to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives

Essential

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership or project management capacity
  • Ability to oversee and prioritize complex project intakes from diverse internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in direct personnel management and team coaching
  • Capability to align marketing initiatives with institutional strategic goals
  • Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels

Preferred

  • Experience within a higher education or community college marketing environment
