- Lead the intake and evaluation of all college-wide marketing project requests
- Supervise and mentor the Communications Supervisor, Marketing & Design Coordinator, and Brand Specialist
- Ensure all marketing output aligns with the College’s Strategic Plan and brand standards
- Collaborate with internal clients to assess needs and develop multi-channel content strategies
- Manage resources and timelines to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership or project management capacity
- Ability to oversee and prioritize complex project intakes from diverse internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in direct personnel management and team coaching
- Capability to align marketing initiatives with institutional strategic goals
- Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels
Preferred
- Experience within a higher education or community college marketing environment
