- Develop community partnership plans and nurture association memberships
- Collaborate with internal legal and commercial teams to support business goals

Essential
- Proven leadership experience in government affairs or public policy
- Extensive knowledge of state and regional legislative processes
- Experience in strategic lobbying and coalition building
- Ability to lead and develop a professional staff of government affairs experts
- Strong background in formulating policy positions and advocacy materials
- Experience representing corporate interests within trade associations and committees
Preferred
- Existing network of relationships with state and regional government officials
