- Manage accounts payable, vendor invoicing, and monthly financial reporting in QuickBooks
- Coordinate with external IT providers to manage hardware inventory and software access
- Administer payroll through ADP and maintain secure personnel records
- Facilitate staff appreciation initiatives and internal culture-building events
Essential
- 1-3 years of professional experience in operations or a related administrative field
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Foundational understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a 20-foot van in urban traffic environments
