Key Responsibilities
- Oversee human rights initiatives and compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act
- Develop and execute a global reporting strategy aligned with GRI, SASB, and CSRD standards
- Prepare materials and agendas for the CR&S Committee and Board of Directors
- Manage relationships with ESG rating agencies to improve corporate rankings
- Represent Visa as a CR&S subject matter expert in client and industry events
- Evaluate the ROI of stakeholder membership organizations and partnerships
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- Alternative: 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD)
- Alternative: 2 years of experience with a PhD
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Experience managing human rights topics and related reporting mandates
Preferred
- 9+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree
- Deep familiarity with ESG rating methodologies and ranking systems
- Experience in client-facing roles as a subject matter expert
