Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and coding within QuickBooks
- Prepare internal financial summaries and snapshots for the Board and Executive Director
- Manage the full grants cycle for The Humanitarian Link program
- Support the annual budgeting process and monitor program allocations
- Facilitate donor stewardship and process charitable gifts
- Ensure audit readiness and clear documentation across all financial systems
Essential
- Deep commitment to the mission of The Jerusalem Fund and Palestinian advocacy
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day financial and accounting functions
- Experience with grant cycle management and due diligence
- Ability to handle sensitive donor and financial information with high integrity
- Strong written communication skills for donor stewardship and reporting
- Comfort working in a small-team, multi-functional environment
Preferred
- Interest in utilizing responsible AI tools to enhance nonprofit efficiency
- Experience working with Board committees or Treasurers
- Background in humanitarian or medical support program administration
