Key Responsibilities
- Direct a nationwide network of field consultants to ensure timely grassroots activation on federal priorities

Essential
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a high-pressure, dynamic professional environment
- Proven track record in lobbying or managing national advocacy work streams
- Experience overseeing multi-state campaign operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and resources
- Expertise in building consensus and making high-stakes decisions
- Strong political acumen and diplomatic communication style
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
