- Pilot and refine new analytical tools for system-wide redesign
Essential
- Proven experience in education policy analysis or a related field
- Ability to conduct thorough desk research and legislative scans
- Experience performing informant interviews to gather qualitative data
- Strong drafting skills for policy briefs, summaries, and reports
- Capability to support senior staff with talking points and presentation materials
- Willingness to take creative risks and explore innovative solutions
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on evidence-based findings
Preferred
- Experience working with state education agencies or legislative bodies
- Familiarity with workforce intermediaries and funder collaboratives
- Background in international comparative education research
