  • Develop presentation materials for legislative bodies and state commissions

  • Pilot and refine new analytical tools for system-wide redesign

Essential

  • Proven experience in education policy analysis or a related field
  • Ability to conduct thorough desk research and legislative scans
  • Experience performing informant interviews to gather qualitative data
  • Strong drafting skills for policy briefs, summaries, and reports
  • Capability to support senior staff with talking points and presentation materials
  • Willingness to take creative risks and explore innovative solutions
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on evidence-based findings

Preferred

  • Experience working with state education agencies or legislative bodies
  • Familiarity with workforce intermediaries and funder collaboratives
  • Background in international comparative education research
