Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth research on healthcare market and economic trends
• Drafting formal white papers, memos, and comment letters for clients
• Monitoring federal hearings, industry meetings, and regulatory updates
• Synthesizing complex data into digestible PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinating and planning high-level client meetings
• Tracking legislative developments and providing real-time updates to internal teams

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree
• Broad understanding of U.S. healthcare policy dynamics and sector trends
• Foundational knowledge of healthcare financing and delivery models
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Duals programs, and HCBS/LTSS/MLTSS
• Proficiency in monitoring and summarizing federal legislation and guidance
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• 2-5 years of professional experience in healthcare policy
• Applicable graduate degree in a related field
• Experience with state-based social services and support programs
• Advanced knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare FFS, and exchange markets
