Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic goals for the CDO and DMA units
- Oversee functional business operations including budgeting, vendor relations, and resource allocation
- Lead the Chief of Staff function and a team of technical project managers to ensure operational excellence
- Facilitate executive-level reporting and performance tracking against strategic objectives
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to align data strategy with corporate infrastructure
- Ensure the organization remains compliant with regulatory standards and audit requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Data, Analytics, Modeling, or Technology
- Proven track record in strategy development and execution within a corporate environment
- Extensive experience in business management and executive-level communication
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic operations role
- Experience managing technology or data analytics functions within the Financial Services industry
- Expertise in financial planning, vendor management, and workforce capacity planning
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale change management initiatives
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related Master’s degree
- Experience with Technology Services DMA budget and scope management
- Background in regulatory compliance and audit readiness for financial institutions
