Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic goals for the CDO and DMA units
  • Oversee functional business operations including budgeting, vendor relations, and resource allocation
  • Lead the Chief of Staff function and a team of technical project managers to ensure operational excellence
  • Facilitate executive-level reporting and performance tracking against strategic objectives
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to align data strategy with corporate infrastructure
  • Ensure the organization remains compliant with regulatory standards and audit requirements

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Data, Analytics, Modeling, or Technology
  • Proven track record in strategy development and execution within a corporate environment
  • Extensive experience in business management and executive-level communication
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic operations role
  • Experience managing technology or data analytics functions within the Financial Services industry
  • Expertise in financial planning, vendor management, and workforce capacity planning
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale change management initiatives

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related Master’s degree
  • Experience with Technology Services DMA budget and scope management
  • Background in regulatory compliance and audit readiness for financial institutions
