Essential
- Proven ability to lead national advocacy campaigns focused on immigration or social justice
- Experience in legislative and administrative advocacy at the federal or state level
- Deep understanding of the intersections between immigration status, poverty, and racial justice
- Ability to manage and lead diverse coalitions and stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills for shifting public narratives and policy opinions
Preferred
- Experience working directly with grassroots organizations and impacted communities
- Specific expertise in education policy or public benefits access for immigrants
- Previous leadership roles within national advocacy networks
