Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Leads and Analysts within the GDIT domain
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation and support of technology products
- Partner with Business Solution Partners to align roadmaps with product priorities
- Manage product backlogs, incident trends, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify resourcing needs and provide oversight for internal and vendor-led delivery
Essential
- Proven track record in technology project management and delivery
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience in line management and coaching of product-focused teams
- Expertise in product backlog management and incident resolution oversight
- Ability to work onsite in Warren, NJ or Armonk, NY
- Experience managing vendor delivery and managed service associates
Preferred
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Familiarity with Development Operations & Portfolio Management (DO&PM) domains
- Advanced knowledge of product model standards and governance
