Essential
- Proven track record in a senior enterprise-level strategic role
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development
- Expertise in structured problem-solving and translating ambiguity into frameworks
- Advanced analytical acumen with an understanding of valuation
- Experience preparing materials for Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Teams
- Ability to lead enterprise-level governance and strategic planning cadences
Preferred
- JD or MBA degree (JD Advantage role)
