Key Responsibilities

• Directing end-to-end transformation programs across multiple business workstreams
• Facilitating executive-level decision-making by presenting clear options and trade-offs
• Defining and tracking success metrics to ensure long-term value realization
• Managing external partners and vendors to ensure quality and milestone delivery
• Designing standardized business processes and operational control points

Essential

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in program management or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Preferred

• Expertise in various project execution methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models
• Experience managing external vendors and System Integrators (SIs)
• Background in business process redesign and standardization
• Experience with large-scale technology and platform migrations
