- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across Sales, Finance, HR, and IT
- Design human-in-the-loop escalation points and AI oversight guardrails
- Lead build/buy/partner evaluations for new AI capabilities
- Develop and execute communication and training plans to ensure high user adoption
- Monitor and report on ROI metrics like manual work eliminated and cost savings
Essential
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on AI/ML or business process automation
- Ability to translate complex operational pain points into technical product requirements
- Experience defining success metrics and ROI for internal automation projects
- Strong background in change management and driving user adoption for new technologies
- Experience working with Legal, Security, and Compliance on data privacy and AI governance
Preferred
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and AI copilot integrations
- Background in 'Build vs. Buy' analysis for enterprise software
