- Establish and manage an independent research group focused on PAIN-AGING
- Develop and execute a high-impact research program with clinical relevance
- Supervise and mentor PhD students and Pre-ERC Postdoctoral fellows

- Present findings at weekly institute-wide seminars and international conferences
