- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale ML projects from design to maintenance
- Establish and enforce technical standards across the ML engineering organization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML strategy with business goals
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years experience in developing and maintaining production-grade ML systems
- Proven track record of owning products used by tens of thousands of customers

- Experience with distributed systems and scaling for massive data volumes
- Proficiency in modern orchestration tools including Kubernetes and containerization
