Key Responsibilities

  • Direct line management and professional development of technical R&D staff

Essential

  • Proven background in engineering with several years of product development experience
  • Previous experience in team leadership or people management
  • Technical background in control of power electronics
  • Familiarity with Project Management and Product Development methodologies
  • Experience working within multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability in change management and direct/indirect leadership

Preferred

  • Advanced academic degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant engineering field
  • Direct experience with the MACH control platform
  • Knowledge of FACTS, HVDC, or Substation technologies
