Key Responsibilities

• Direct line management and professional development of technical R&D staff
• Distribution of work tasks and resource ownership across multiple projects
• Development and implementation of efficient R&D work processes to boost productivity
• Annual budget preparation and rigorous follow-up on execution
• Proactive reporting on project status and mitigation of deviations from baselines
• Collaboration with global engineering units and technology scouting for new IP

Essential

• Proven background in engineering with several years of product development experience
• Previous experience in team leadership or people management
• Technical background in control of power electronics
• Familiarity with Project Management and Product Development methodologies
• Experience working within multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability in change management and direct/indirect leadership

Preferred

• Advanced academic degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant engineering field
• Direct experience with the MACH control platform
• Knowledge of FACTS, HVDC, or Substation technologies
