Key Responsibilities
- Directing end-to-end research initiatives across the product portfolio
- Establishing and maintaining the company's research repository and standards
- Advocating for user-centricity by presenting insights to stakeholders

Essential
- Extensive experience leading both generative and evaluative research projects
- Proven ability to build and scale Research Operations (Ops) including repositories and templates
- Expertise in translating complex insights into strategic product artifacts
- Experience guiding product teams through problem framing and continuous discovery
- Ability to mentor Designers and Product Managers on evidence-based methodologies
- Strong capability in combining qualitative findings with quantitative product data
Preferred
- Experience in the insurance, pension, or fintech software sectors
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design research
- Experience working in a rapidly scaling UX department
