Key Responsibilities
- Oversee national day-to-day operations across all branches and service lines
- Drive profitability through rigorous cost-control and labor efficiency initiatives
- Develop and mentor regional and branch-level leadership teams
- Standardize operational processes to ensure consistent service delivery
- Lead safety and risk management programs to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Support organic growth and the integration of new acquisitions
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years in progressive operations leadership
- Extensive background in commercial landscaping or multi-site facility services
- Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams
- Expertise in managing multi-million-dollar P&L accounts
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to travel frequently on a national scale
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
- Direct experience with M&A integration and aligning acquired business units
- Experience with CRM and ERP system implementation
