Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee national day-to-day operations across all branches and service lines
  • Drive profitability through rigorous cost-control and labor efficiency initiatives
  • Develop and mentor regional and branch-level leadership teams

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years in progressive operations leadership
  • Extensive background in commercial landscaping or multi-site facility services
  • Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Expertise in managing multi-million-dollar P&L accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel frequently on a national scale

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
  • Direct experience with M&A integration and aligning acquired business units
  • Experience with CRM and ERP system implementation
