Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee all HR administrative processes for the French entity
• Coordinate payroll activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain strict compliance with evolving French labor legislation
• Manage employee data and documentation throughout the entire employment lifecycle
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and operational support

Essential

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR operations or administration
• Deep understanding of French labor laws and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to manage payroll coordination and administrative workflows independently
• High level of autonomy and ability to handle complex technical HR tasks
• Commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence

Preferred

• Experience working within the aerospace, defense, or high-tech sectors
• Familiarity with international HR standards and multidisciplinary team environments
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
