Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture Customer Centers of Excellence (CoE) and train 'Agent Champions'
  • Monitor agent performance telemetry to identify and resolve workflow friction
  • Orchestrate collaboration between Account Executives, Professional Services, and Third-Party Partners
  • Manage consumption roadmaps to ensure full utilization of contracted licenses
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities for AI agent deployment within existing accounts
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on real-world customer usage

Essential

  • Minimum 8 years of professional work experience
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS adoption and change management
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks or Steering Committees
  • Ability to translate technical data into business ROI reports
  • Expertise in orchestrating multi-stakeholder ecosystems including SIs and internal sales teams

Preferred

  • Deep domain expertise in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Financial Services
  • Experience with Data Cloud or similar data integration platforms
  • Background in AI solutioning and agentic workflows
  • Previous experience at a major technology consulting firm
