Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture Customer Centers of Excellence (CoE) and train 'Agent Champions'
- Monitor agent performance telemetry to identify and resolve workflow friction
- Orchestrate collaboration between Account Executives, Professional Services, and Third-Party Partners
- Manage consumption roadmaps to ensure full utilization of contracted licenses
- Identify and qualify new opportunities for AI agent deployment within existing accounts
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on real-world customer usage
Essential
- Minimum 8 years of professional work experience
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS adoption and change management
- Experience establishing governance frameworks or Steering Committees
- Ability to translate technical data into business ROI reports
- Expertise in orchestrating multi-stakeholder ecosystems including SIs and internal sales teams
Preferred
- Deep domain expertise in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Financial Services
- Experience with Data Cloud or similar data integration platforms
- Background in AI solutioning and agentic workflows
- Previous experience at a major technology consulting firm
