  • Design and implement a unified revenue strategy across all sales and business development channels
  • Foster alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize client value
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and expansion areas
  • Mentor and scale a high-performance sales organization focused on accountability
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure market needs are reflected in the roadmap
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting and strategic insights to the CEO
