- Design and implement a unified revenue strategy across all sales and business development channels
- Foster alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize client value
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and expansion areas
- Mentor and scale a high-performance sales organization focused on accountability
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure market needs are reflected in the roadmap
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and strategic insights to the CEO
Essential
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in fast-paced, competitive environments
