Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and perform regular payroll audits
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including vendor relations and equipment
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR inquiries
  • Support the administration and rollout of Canadian benefits programs
  • Collaborate on regional HR projects across the Americas

Essential

  • Proven experience in HR operations or people-centric administrative roles
  • Deep understanding of Canadian employment regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work on-site in Toronto from Monday to Thursday
  • Experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented tasks like payroll inputs and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in managing HRIS platforms and ticketing systems
  • Strong capability in vendor management and office logistics

Preferred

  • Experience working within a high-growth technology or fintech company
  • Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) models
  • Experience supporting HR operations across multiple regions (US, LATAM)
  • A track record of using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
