Key Responsibilities

  • Develop mid-to-long-term demand outlooks in collaboration with Sourcing and Engineering
  • Manage optimized supply plans for server racks, compute, and storage components
  • Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP cycles
  • Design and implement Clear-to-Build (CTB) tools and automated KPI reporting
  • Mitigate excess and obsolescence while optimizing inventory and safety stock levels

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics), Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in supply chain planning or related operations
  • Experience managing end-to-end supply chain cycles including demand, supply, and materials
  • Ability to coordinate with international stakeholders and third-party partners, specifically in the Asia region
  • Proficiency in designing scenario-based and what-if planning models

Preferred

  • Experience with AI-driven deployment strategies and network hardware
  • Familiarity with Data Center construction and server rack infrastructure
  • Advanced knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP cycles
  • Background in design-for-manufacturing initiatives
