Key Responsibilities
- Develop mid-to-long-term demand outlooks in collaboration with Sourcing and Engineering
- Manage optimized supply plans for server racks, compute, and storage components
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP cycles
- Design and implement Clear-to-Build (CTB) tools and automated KPI reporting
- Mitigate excess and obsolescence while optimizing inventory and safety stock levels
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics), Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in supply chain planning or related operations
- Experience managing end-to-end supply chain cycles including demand, supply, and materials
- Ability to coordinate with international stakeholders and third-party partners, specifically in the Asia region
- Proficiency in designing scenario-based and what-if planning models
Preferred
- Experience with AI-driven deployment strategies and network hardware
- Familiarity with Data Center construction and server rack infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP cycles
- Background in design-for-manufacturing initiatives
