Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly sales new hire training cohorts and advanced skills workshops
- Provide real-time coaching to agents during their initial live production week
- Collaborate with QA and Subject Matter Experts to refine training effectiveness
- Maintain a positive and practical onboarding culture for all new employees
- Utilize diverse learning tools and methodologies to maximize retention
Essential
- Must be located in the greater Phoenix, AZ area
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with consistent in-office presence
- Proven ability to facilitate training in a high-volume environment
- Experience delivering feedback and individualized performance coaching
- Capacity to lead training programs lasting 12 to 17 business days on a monthly cycle
Preferred
- Experience in sales training or financial services
- Eligibility to become an Adjunct Faculty member with Rio Salado College
- Experience collaborating with Instructional Designers on facilitator guides
