Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations for distribution and MRO services
  • Ensure total compliance with Corporate and Divisional policies and international trade laws
  • Maintain audit-ready facilities for internal, customer, and regulatory inspections
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational capacity
  • Execute performance management and training programs for direct reports

Essential

  • Ability to supervise warehouse operations supporting distribution and manufacturing
  • Experience managing site services such as MRO or delivery services
  • Proven track record of maintaining compliance with FDA, DEA, OSHA, GTC, and TSA regulations
  • Capability to manage medium-sized projects within a logistics environment
  • Experience conducting formal performance reviews and managing staff training
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex operational problems with minimal oversight

Preferred

  • Experience in a highly regulated biopharmaceutical or medical device environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Global Trade Compliance (GTC) standards
  • Experience with capacity planning and implementing new logistics technologies
