Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations for distribution and MRO services
- Ensure total compliance with Corporate and Divisional policies and international trade laws
- Maintain audit-ready facilities for internal, customer, and regulatory inspections
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational capacity
- Execute performance management and training programs for direct reports
Essential
- Ability to supervise warehouse operations supporting distribution and manufacturing
- Experience managing site services such as MRO or delivery services
- Proven track record of maintaining compliance with FDA, DEA, OSHA, GTC, and TSA regulations
- Capability to manage medium-sized projects within a logistics environment
- Experience conducting formal performance reviews and managing staff training
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex operational problems with minimal oversight
Preferred
- Experience in a highly regulated biopharmaceutical or medical device environment
- Advanced knowledge of Global Trade Compliance (GTC) standards
- Experience with capacity planning and implementing new logistics technologies
