Key Responsibilities

  • Support year-end compensation and performance cycles via Workday

Essential

  • Ability to work on-site in Tarrytown, NY at least 4 days per week
  • Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and grievances
  • Proven track record of influencing and coaching managers and employees
  • Experience with performance management and compensation calibration
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization

Preferred

  • Experience supporting scientific, R&D, or technical client groups
  • Familiarity with Workday for compensation and performance tracking
  • Background in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding corporate environment
