Key Responsibilities
- Advise R&pD leaders on organizational design and people-related challenges
- Lead employee relations investigations and resolve internal conflicts
- Partner with Total Rewards to define roles and market values for new positions
- Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new management-level hires
- Support year-end compensation and performance cycles via Workday
Essential
- Ability to work on-site in Tarrytown, NY at least 4 days per week
- Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and grievances
- Proven track record of influencing and coaching managers and employees
- Experience with performance management and compensation calibration
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
Preferred
- Experience supporting scientific, R&D, or technical client groups
- Familiarity with Workday for compensation and performance tracking
- Background in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding corporate environment
