Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Scrum Masters to optimize squad performance and remove delivery blockers.
- Oversee the annual Book of Work and portfolio budget planning processes.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics, OKRs, and squad health to steering committees.
- Manage financial accuracy across the portfolio, including actuals and forecasts.
- Coordinate software deployments and ensure adherence to EPMO governance frameworks.
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project or program management
- Proven track record in governance and business transformation
- Experience leading teams of Scrum Masters and Project Managers
- Expertise in portfolio financial management including budgeting and forecasting
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience within financial services or capital markets infrastructure
- Familiarity with Fixed Income Clearing Corp (FICC) products
