Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization features for the Glia platform
  • Build multi-tenant integration solutions to help customers safely connect their tools
  • Write and optimize Elixir microservices within an event-driven architecture
  • Manage data persistence using PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance security requirements with user-friendliness
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including occasional frontend tasks in React

Essential

  • University degree completed and ready for immediate full-time commitment
  • Minimum of 6 months practical experience working on a live production project
  • Ability to work within the Eastern European Time zone (EET/EEST)
  • Strong aptitude for independent learning and rapid skill acquisition
  • High attention to detail with a focus on code quality and security

Preferred

  • Interest in application security and identity management
  • Familiarity with functional programming concepts
  • Experience with containerization and cloud-native workflows
