Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization features for the Glia platform
- Build multi-tenant integration solutions to help customers safely connect their tools
- Write and optimize Elixir microservices within an event-driven architecture
- Manage data persistence using PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance security requirements with user-friendliness
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including occasional frontend tasks in React
Essential
- University degree completed and ready for immediate full-time commitment
- Minimum of 6 months practical experience working on a live production project
- Ability to work within the Eastern European Time zone (EET/EEST)
- Strong aptitude for independent learning and rapid skill acquisition
- High attention to detail with a focus on code quality and security
Preferred
- Interest in application security and identity management
- Familiarity with functional programming concepts
- Experience with containerization and cloud-native workflows
