Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year strategic vision for AI-driven personalization
• Lead the design of ranking systems and conversational AI interfaces
• Architect scalable, cloud-native AI platforms for global deployment
• Establish rigorous experimentation frameworks and measurement KPIs
• Ensure ethical AI standards and robust model governance
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers

Essential

• Minimum of 12 years in data science and machine learning fields
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity
• Proven track record of scaling recommendation, search, or personalization systems
• Expertise in Generative AI, including RAG, embeddings, and LLMs
• Experience with reinforcement learning and contextual bandits
• Proficiency with cloud-based ML platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong background in MLOps and distributed data systems
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams

Preferred

• Experience developing agentic AI or multi-agent architectures
• Background in conversational AI systems
• Experience managing personalization platforms across multiple international markets
• History of building real-time recommendation systems at massive scale
