Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a department of 70+ engineers, managers, and architects
- Own the technical roadmap, architecture, and overall delivery quality
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies within the engineering organization
- Partner with Product leadership to align technical capacity with business goals
- Evolve the organizational structure to improve agility and accountability
Essential
- Extensive experience in senior engineering leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale product organizations (70+ people)
- Deep experience within complex SaaS environments
- Strong technical and architectural foundation
- Experience managing Engineering Managers and Architects
- Ability to drive organizational and cultural change
Preferred
- Experience with AI adoption and integration in engineering workflows
- Background in retail tech or high-volume data platforms
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographic locations
