- Collaborate with Product leaders to balance operational needs with technical vision
- Oversee the modernization of core data models and software architecture

Essential
- Proven experience in engineering leadership and people management
- Ability to lead multiple cross-functional product teams simultaneously
- Strong background in software architecture and data modeling
- Experience working with complex optimization algorithms or machine learning
- Track record of partnering with Product teams to define roadmaps and goals
- Commitment to fostering a positive and empowering team culture
