Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers within defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments
  • Execute multi-channel outbound outreach via calls, email, and social platforms
  • Qualify inbound inquiries based on specific fit and timing criteria
  • Maintain meticulous records and activity tracking within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and support industry events

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven ability to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Experience conducting discovery conversations to validate business needs and decision structures
  • Strong proficiency in managing sales pipelines and maintaining CRM data hygiene
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, uncertain scale-up environment

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Background in the telecommunications or SaaS industry
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
