- Identify and research potential customers within defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments
- Execute multi-channel outbound outreach via calls, email, and social platforms
- Qualify inbound inquiries based on specific fit and timing criteria
- Maintain meticulous records and activity tracking within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and support industry events
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Experience conducting discovery conversations to validate business needs and decision structures
- Strong proficiency in managing sales pipelines and maintaining CRM data hygiene
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, uncertain scale-up environment
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Background in the telecommunications or SaaS industry
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
