Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze developments within the EU, UN, OECD/DAC, and World Bank/IFC
  • Support collaborative efforts within the EDFI (European Development Finance Institutions) platform
  • Synthesize data and trends into strategic reports for the Chief Strategy and Communication Officer
  • Manage dialogues with owners and external stakeholders
  • Participate in international meetings and site visits to partner countries

Essential

  • Background in the private sector or business world
  • Experience in Investor Relations (IR)
  • Knowledge of government-led development finance and Swedish aid frameworks
  • Proven ability to conduct environmental scanning and trend analysis
  • Strong analytical skills for both data-heavy and text-based reports
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Fluency in Swedish and English

Preferred

  • Experience working with international organizations like the EU, UN, or OECD
  • Previous exposure to bilateral development financiers or regional development banks
  • Experience in a strategic advisory or analyst role within a financial institution
