Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze developments within the EU, UN, OECD/DAC, and World Bank/IFC
- Support collaborative efforts within the EDFI (European Development Finance Institutions) platform
- Synthesize data and trends into strategic reports for the Chief Strategy and Communication Officer
- Manage dialogues with owners and external stakeholders
- Participate in international meetings and site visits to partner countries
Essential
- Background in the private sector or business world
- Experience in Investor Relations (IR)
- Knowledge of government-led development finance and Swedish aid frameworks
- Proven ability to conduct environmental scanning and trend analysis
- Strong analytical skills for both data-heavy and text-based reports
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Preferred
- Experience working with international organizations like the EU, UN, or OECD
- Previous exposure to bilateral development financiers or regional development banks
- Experience in a strategic advisory or analyst role within a financial institution
