- Advise on complex regulatory matters including ICT risk, outsourcing, and credit market laws
- Partner with product and commercial teams to facilitate compliant business growth
- Draft and negotiate high-stakes commercial and merchant agreements
- Ensure organizational readiness for emerging regulations like DORA
- Provide strategic legal guidance to senior management on risk and compliance
Essential
- Extensive experience in regulatory and financial services law
- Deep understanding of ICT risk and outsourcing regulations
- Experience with credit market regulations

- Strong background in commercial agreement negotiation
