Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic hotel accounts
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure new customers achieve rapid time-to-value
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align customer needs with company strategy
- Track and report on customer satisfaction and health indicators to prevent churn
Essential
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Experience in customer onboarding and driving product adoption
- Ability to monitor and interpret customer health metrics
- Experience identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Strong communication skills for both digital and in-person interactions
Preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel technology industry
- Background in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience in defining and developing customer success playbooks
