Key Responsibilities

  • Co-pilot the launch and foundational setup of the AI and Organizations Lab
  • Develop and implement strategic operational processes for the new center
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary research programming, including grants and fellowships
  • Manage relationships between HAI, SDS, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the lab's activities align with the mission of human-centered AI

Essential

  • Proven track record in entrepreneurial leadership and organizational setup
  • Experience in strategic planning and operational management
  • Ability to manage complex, interdisciplinary projects from inception to execution
