Key Responsibilities
- Co-pilot the launch and foundational setup of the AI and Organizations Lab
- Develop and implement strategic operational processes for the new center
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research programming, including grants and fellowships
- Manage relationships between HAI, SDS, and external stakeholders
- Ensure the lab's activities align with the mission of human-centered AI
Essential
- Proven track record in entrepreneurial leadership and organizational setup
- Experience in strategic planning and operational management
- Ability to manage complex, interdisciplinary projects from inception to execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills within a high-level academic or research environment
