Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s financial forecasting and performance management cycles
  • Develop and present the 'Group performance story' to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide deep-dive analysis on risks and opportunities for the CEO and Board
  • Drive the evolution of FP&A tools, automation, and data accuracy
  • Support strategic initiatives including M&A modeling and investment analysis
  • Coordinate with regional FP&A teams to ensure global reporting alignment

Essential

  • Extensive experience leading FP&A functions within large, complex international organizations
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality business insights that drive decision-making
  • Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth corporate environment
  • Ability to manage complex forecasting cycles (weekly and monthly)
  • Strong background in internal and external financial reporting rhythms

Preferred

  • Experience with M&A evaluations and integration modeling
  • Background in the consumer services sector
  • Experience with analyst reporting and consensus management
  • History of implementing automation and improving planning tools
