Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group’s financial forecasting and performance management cycles
- Develop and present the 'Group performance story' to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide deep-dive analysis on risks and opportunities for the CEO and Board
- Drive the evolution of FP&A tools, automation, and data accuracy
- Support strategic initiatives including M&A modeling and investment analysis
- Coordinate with regional FP&A teams to ensure global reporting alignment
Essential
- Extensive experience leading FP&A functions within large, complex international organizations
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality business insights that drive decision-making
- Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth corporate environment
- Ability to manage complex forecasting cycles (weekly and monthly)
- Strong background in internal and external financial reporting rhythms
Preferred
- Experience with M&A evaluations and integration modeling
- Background in the consumer services sector
- Experience with analyst reporting and consensus management
- History of implementing automation and improving planning tools
