Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to ensure consistent delivery standards
- Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and client concerns
- Oversee financial performance and accountability across the entire project portfolio
- Optimize project delivery processes to improve efficiency and profitability
- Support resource allocation and identify capacity gaps for future growth
- Maintain high standards of governance and compliance in line with industry regulations
Essential
- Sole British Passport holder (no dual nationality)
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance
- Continuous UK residency for the past 5 years
- Proven leadership experience in a Head of Delivery, Programme Manager, or Senior Engineering Manager capacity
- Extensive background in regulated engineering sectors (Nuclear, Defense, Energy, Oil & Gas)
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers
- Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with NEC contracts
- Expertise in project financial control and governance
Preferred
- Experience within a systems integrator or OEM environment
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Track record of driving process improvements and increasing project margins
